The testing equipment has continuously evolved into a competitive tool for our world-leading customers, who use it not only as a final evaluation of the test object but also for managing their own production.
The mechanical structure has been refined over decades into the stable and precise masterpiece required by today's world-leading transmission components.
In addition, the testing equipment is equipped with the latest technology and the best components for its precise tasks. The software for building test recipes is user-friendly and allows for almost complete integration with necessary subsystems, sensors, and external systems.
The testing equipment often communicates with the customers' own product ECUs to perform the required tests and evaluations. The equipment is adapted to communicate with the necessary communication protocols such as CANbus or FlexRay.
Data collection in the testing equipment, from simple sensors to external systems, is managed by STES. The transmission's suitability is analyzed with gear analysis using TE (Transmission Error) and/or NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness). Gear analysis is performed by our own internal applications or external systems depending on what is best suited for the application or according to the customer's requirements.
This allows the testing equipment to communicate with the simplest sensors to the most advanced factory systems.
