When you apply for a job with us, we will need to process your personal information to be able to handle your application, determine if you are a suitable candidate and contact you for any questions or booking of an interview. What information we process depends on which information you provide us with, but normally it is name, address, e-mail address, phone number, personal identity number and information about qualifications and other content in CV and/or personal letter. The information is processed by the persons within SEJFO that handles the recruitment and ensure that your personal information is treated as confidential in our organization. We also make sure that your personal information only is processed for the intended purpose.If the application does not lead to employment, your application documents will be saved for two years to comply with the requirements of the discrimination act.

When you visit us
We have a visitor's book where you enter your name, phone number and car registration number. We only use the information to know who is in our premises in case of an emergency. The visitor’s book is saved until all pages are full. After this the book is discarded.
