The mechanical structure of our test equipment is praised for its stability, strength and accuracy. We never compromise on the choice of components in our equipment as it is an important component in our customers success and competitiveness. The quality of our customers products must be reflected and surpassed by our equipment. The software is always adapted to the customers specific requirements with a high degree of flexibility and reliability. Our logical and user-friendly structure is a necessity to maintain a high level of productivity and availability.

The machines have internal communication protocols such as PROFIBUS and Industrial Ethernet. The test equipment often communicates with the customers products ECUs to perform the required tests and evaluations. The equipment is adapted to communicate with the required communication protocol such as CANbus or Flexray.

Data collection in the test equipment, from simple sensors to external systems, is handled by STES. The ability of the transmission with gear analysis takes place with TE (Transmission Error) and/or NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness). Gear analysis is performed by own internal applications or by external systems, depending on what is best suited for the application or according to the customer's requirements.
